An update on The Official Google Blog has made clear that development on Google Wave has officially stopped. Primarily due to the fact that despite many dedicated Google Wave fans the number of users was not near the expected figures. The website will be maintained for the remainder of the year and Google hope to extend the technology through other projects. Continue reading
